To celebrate our 70th Anniversary, BATS is resurrecting this award-winning gem (FEATS 2010 winners, represent!). But before we can catch a killer, we need a congregation of talent. Whether you want to command the spotlight or master the mayhem from the wings, we want you.

We are looking for a vibrant team to bring this hilarious mystery to life. No matter your experience level, there is a place for you in our "convent."

Onstage: Character actors, physical comedians and dramatic mystery-solvers.

Backstage: Stage hands, lighting wizards, costume creators and set builders.
Performances will be on 28th, 29th & 30th October in Zuiderpershuis, Antwerp.

Teechers

Auditions
Looking for actors to join a production of Teechers, to portray three teenagers, two girls and a boy. The play, by John Godber, is about three students (Salty, Gail, and Hobby) who are performing a show about their school.
The three actors play multiple roles throughout the show from students to teachers. It is a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. The show works best if all three actors are (or look) a similar age, and if possible portrayed by actual teenagers (13-18). However this can be flexible, so do not let this discourage you from auditioning.
Performances will be on 28th, 29th & 30th October in Zuiderpershuis, Antwerp.
Cast breakdown

Salty: A bright yet laid-back school-leaver, often described as having a slightly messy appearance and being unsure of his future.

Gail: Bossy, sassy, loud-mouthed, and highly enthusiastic.

Hobby: A larger student who often eats during breaks and tries to skip PE, often portrayed as reluctant yet involved in the performance

Rehearsals
Rehearsals will be Monday and Wednesday evenings 7.00 till 9.00 starting in September.
A table read will be done at the end of June (date tbd) so you can learn your lines over the summer.
